RINA org instance running the THROUGHLINE framework (/framework). Status: STUB — the Layer-0 SUBSTRATE has not been elicited; everything below §0 is INFERRED from the existing build (Linear RINA project) and is not canonical until the operator confirms it. Not legal/financial advice.

0. SUBSTRATE — NOT YET ELICITED ⛔

Before generating the stack, run THROUGHLINE’s ELICIT move: founder motivation, sovereign constraints, and the founder’s own definition of success (per framework/THROUGHLINE.md §1 — success ≠ desirability). Until then RINA’s stack is a skeleton.

1. Thesis (INFERRED — confirm)

A wishes-and-offers marketplace: a user posts a WISH (a want); others make OFFERS; the two negotiate via counter / accept, with Stripe deposits binding the deal (escrow-like). A “forward” layer and a “headline preview” surface exist. (Inferred from RINA-8 E2E: login → wish → deposit → offer → counter → accept; M1 data plane; M3 headline preview; M4 forward layer.)

2–9. Stack skeleton — TO POPULATE

Mirror framework/LAYERS.md (Vision, Identity, Brand, Artifice, Mechanism) + the foundational contracts. Empty until ELICIT + the research fan-out (§ below) run.

10. Open decisions — ELICIT FIRST

1. Substrate: motivation · sovereign constraints · success definition (Mode A self- sustaining vs Mode B impossible-to-resist — framework/RESEARCH_FANOUT.md §3).
2. Artifice / incorporation: the load-bearing legal construct — gated on the research fan-out (orgs/rina/RESEARCH_BRIEF.md). The deposit/escrow flow likely implicates money- transmission law — this is the dominant open legal question.
3. Brand name (RINA provisional) → run through tools/landgrab.
